Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will define architecture strategies, guide development teams, and drive modernization initiatives across cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead microservices architecture using Spring Boot & REST APIsDefine scalability, performance, and security standards
- Drive cloud adoption (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Architect distributed systems & event-driven platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and DevOps teams
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical governance
- Mentor senior developers and ensure best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ensure compliance with security & regulatory standards
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17/21)
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
- Experience in Microservices & RESTful APIsHands-on with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of system design & distributed architecture
- Messaging systems: Kafka / RabbitMQCI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOpsStrong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with API Gateway, Security (OAuth2, JWT)
Nice to Have:
- Domain experience in Banking / Healthcare / Retail / Insurance
- Experience in Event-driven architecture
- Integrating AI/ML models into Java-based applications through REST APIs or microservices.
- Familiarity with Python and common machine learning concepts.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered application development.
- Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to GraphQL, Reactive Programming
