Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, TX.Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX is between $160,000 - $180,000.~ Competitive Salary~ Excellent healthcare benefits~ Vehicle allowance~ Phone allowance~401kElectrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job siteMaintain project safety in accordance with the Company's Safety PolicyOversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each jobDevelop and update the project schedulePrepare two-week look ahead schedulesUpdate project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling softwareAssist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractorsCoordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forcesCommunicate effectively with owners, designers and engineersAdhere to all company policies, standards, and proceduresOther duties and projects as assignedElectrical Superintendent Qualifications:~ Strong employment stability~ Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully.~5+ years as a superintendent running commercial projects~ Experience managing projects from $5M - 15M~ Journeyman's Card~ OSHA 30~ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
