Operating with a patient-centered approach, they are committed to excellence in care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Providence, RI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to patients in need. Duties will include supporting patients’ hygiene, mobility, and overall well-being, as well as maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers. The aide will work closely with the care team to ensure patient comfort and dignity. Qualifications Experience in Home Care and Patient Care to assist with patients' health and well-beingSkills in providing Personal Care and supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistanceStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team membersEmpathy, reliability, and the ability to maintain patient dignity and confidentialityCertification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is highly preferredPrevious experience in hospice care or a healthcare setting is a plus
