Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee daily cleaning operations for this $1M+ account, ensuring all contract specs are exceeded. Mastering the Transition: Manage the strategic shift as the facility moves day-shift roles to our evening teams. Maintaining Elite Standards: Act as the Facilities Manager on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure top-tier custodial standards. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration to build a strong professional partnership. What You Bring To The TeamProven Leadership: Previous experience as a Janitorial Operations Manager or supervisor in a high-volume service industry. Flexible Leadership: Ability to work a mid-shift to provide overlap between day and evening crews. Strategic Thinking: Capability to manage large-scale accounts and navigate complex staffing transitions.
