Senior Network Architect
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in Cisco networking, Cisco VoIP (Collaboration), and Fortinet security solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing network environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud environmentsLead the deployment and optimization of Cisco VoIP/Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity, Webex, etc.)Architect and manage secure network environments using Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)Oversee Cisco-based infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, and data center technologiesDevelop and enforce network security standards, including segmentation, VPNs, and Zero Trust frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure)Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to network engineersEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve performance, scalability, and securityTroubleshoot and resolve complex network and voice-related issuesRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in network engineering and architectureStrong expertise in Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless)Hands-on experience with Cisco VoIP/Collaboration platforms (CUCM, SIP, voice gateways, QoS)Proven experience with Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, threat management)Deep knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS)Experience designing secure, highly available network architecturesFamiliarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesPreferred QualificationsCisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE Collaboration or Enterprise)Fortinet NSE certificationsExperience with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform)Experience with SD-WAN and SASE architecturesCandidate must be local to the Philadelphia/Delaware areaCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and certification support
