Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW: The Associate Product Coordinator is a key role within the Product Development team and works in conjunction with various departments (Customer Success, Procurement, Operations) along with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate design of new medical diagnostic kits for customers. The position requires incredible attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere. The Associate Product Coordinator is a critical team member in ensuring custom kits are designed, implemented, and built to our customer’s exact standards to support patient healthcare. ResponsibilitiesJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as project lead within Product Development team for various new and existing kit projects assigned by managerCreate and amend Bill of Material (BOMs)Setup new items in all systemsSource new printed componentsConfigure kits to exact specifications, ensuring operational preparedness in company’s manufacturing execution systemCreate kit assembly instructionsDetermine costs of new printed components and kitsRevise or create new kit labeling and other printed materialsMaintain proper documentation of workCommunicate with various departments to accomplish goalsOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsABILITIES REQUIRED:Attention to detail and organizational skillsProject management and prioritizationCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with ability to manage time effectively Excellence in Quality mindsetHighly collaborative mindset, team playerStrong PC skills required including use of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenQUALIFICATIONS:College degree preferredPrior Experience In Product Development, Procurement Or Operations PreferredBackground in engineering design, industrial design and graphic design a plusAll prospective employees must pass a background and drug check
