Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: On-site / Hybrid (as approved)Reports To: Director of OperationsAbout the RoleWe're seeking an experienced ccount Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, contractors, and internal recruiting teams. This role is critical to ensuring contract delivery, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivering consistent 5-Star Customer Service across all client programs.s an Account Manager, you will oversee end-to-end account operations-from requisition intake and onboarding to vendor management and program reporting-while building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Client ManagementServe as the main point of contact for client managers, end users, suppliers, and contractorsEnsure job requirements and requisitions are clearly defined and communicated to recruiting teams within SLA timelinesOversee onboarding for all contractors, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Master Services AgreementsInitiate and manage security clearance requests when requiredct as the central contact for contractor questions related to payroll, benefits, holidays, and general supportEscalate and facilitate resolution of client or internal issues in a timely, professional mannerMaintain accurate employee and contractor records across internal systems, including JobDiv Vendor Management System (VMS) OversightManage day-to-day and strategic operations within the client's Vendor Management System (VMS)Provide system support and training for client managers, suppliers, and contractorsMaintain current training materials and user guidesServe as liaison with VMS providers to resolve system questions and issuesGenerate and deliver program-related reports as requested Program Performance & GrowthTrack and report SLA performance; recommend and implement process improvements as neededPrepare and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with clientsBuild strong relationships with key client stakeholders to support program successIdentify opportunities for additional services and program growthPartner with executive leadership to propose enhancements and expansion strategies Production ExpectationsRespond to all program and client inquiries efficiently and professionallyConsistently meet or exceed client SLAs while delivering exceptional service Qualifications3+ years of experience in HR, staffing, or the staffing services industryBachelor's degree required (or equivalent relevant experience)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookTech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage multiple systemsExceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset Why Join UsHigh-visibility role with direct impact on client successOpportunity to partner closely with executive leadershipDynamic environment supporting growth, innovation, and process improvementCollaborative culture focused on accountability and service excellencebility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
