If you enjoy turning data into action, improving plant performance, and working hands-on with operations and engineering teams, this opportunity is built for you.What You'll DoEngineer Better ProcessesYou'll play a key role in identifying, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality.Lead process identification and optimization initiativesDevelop written procedures, operating instructions, and process documentationConfigure, optimize, and support industrial processes from concept through startup and certificationAssess manufacturing processes through measurement, analysis, and interpretation of operational dataPerform process simulations and evaluate process performanceDrive Continuous ImprovementYou'll help create smarter, safer, and more efficient manufacturing operations.Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product qualityDesign, test, upgrade, and improve systems and processesIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer serviceRecommend process improvements and operational changes based on data and plant performancePartner Across the PlantCollaboration is critical to success in this role.Work proactively with site leadership, engineering teams, technical resources, and operations personnelSupport production and troubleshooting activities as neededManage projects while balancing cost, timing, and operational prioritiesPerform risk assessments and support safe, reliable plant operationsDeliver ResultsYou'll own projects from idea to execution while ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously through completionSupport startup activities, validation, and process certification effortsPerform additional duties as business needs evolveWhat You BringMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) or equivalent four-year engineering degreeStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple priorities and projectsStrongly PreferredPrevious dry-blending manufacturing experienceExperience with ABB systems or similar DCS (Distributed Control System) platformsWhy Join Baerlocher USA?At Baerlocher USA, we invest in our people just as much as we invest in innovation.
