Role Description This is a full-time, on-site or remote role for a CAD Architectural Designer / Engineer located in Lakeland,Ga. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing construction drawings for state approvals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to create innovative designs, reviewing construction plans, and ensuring the seamless integration of modular design concepts. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Design and Drawing for state approvals.Strong skills in developing Construction DrawingsKnowledge of Revit is a plus.Background in Architecture with an understanding of modular constructionAttention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment.Experience in modular construction or residential housing required.
