Sales Executive – Commercial Painting (Project Management /Construction Network Required)

Our experienced teams consistently exceed client expectations on office buildings, multifamily housing, medical facilities, retail, and institutional work.Position OverviewWe are not looking for a traditional “cold-calling” salesperson. We are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager (or Estimator/PM from a GC or another sub-trade) who is ready to transition or expand into a high-earning sales/business development role. You already have years of hands-on PM experience in the commercial construction industry and have built strong, trusted relationships with property management companies, General Contractors (GCs), and fellow Project Managers across the greater Los Angeles region. You know the bidding process, the players, and where the work is.Your existing network is your greatest asset — we want you to leverage it to bring in new commercial painting and wall-covering opportunities while working closely with our estimating and field teams.Requirements5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience (GC side, other sub-trades such as drywall, flooring, ceilings, or related fields strongly preferred)Proven network of contacts with property management firms, General Contractors, and PMs actively working in Southern California commercial constructionUnderstanding of commercial bidding processes, blueprints, and project schedulingStrong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to close work through existing relationshipsValid California driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel throughout LA and surrounding counties is required)Construction sales experience is a plus but not required — your PM background and network are the priorityWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + generous uncapped commission structureComprehensive benefits package (medical, health savings account, paid time off)Company vehicle or auto allowanceFull support from estimating, project management, and field crewsOpportunity to grow with a respected, established local contractor that values relationships and quality
