Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute operational and inventory-related projects with minimal oversight, as assigned by the Site Lead or Associate Site LeadUtilize our SAAS systems and analytics to support inventory consolidation and optimization effortsBin-map sterile and non-sterile inventory to ensure accurate storage and retrievalManage sales office inventory per Site Lead directionPerform inbound product verification and inventory put-away activities, including scanning inventory Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracyAssist with regular inventory inspections, safety checks, and quality auditsTrain on, follow, and adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirementsEnsure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable GxP requirementsSupport implementation of schedules, policies, and group guidelinesDemonstrate flexibility by supporting additional tasks and priorities as operational needs evolveMaintain a strong focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvementQualificationsMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of relevant work experienceStrong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize specialized and customized systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyDemonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilitiesWillingness and flexibility to work a staggered schedule, including Monday–Sunday coverage, early starts, or late shifts as required by operationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Background in one or more of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service Experience working in a regulated environment with GMP, GDP, or other GxP standardsThe salary range for this role is $45,000 to $60,000 or the hourly equivalent.
