Operating Room Service Line Coordinator II

The Operating Room (OR) Service Line Coordinator II develops patient care goals, standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with hospital and medical staff guidelines to deliver high-quality nursing services.Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in nursing; a Master's degree is preferred.Experience of at least two years in healthcare, nursing, or patient care is required, with leadership experience preferred.Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health and BLS certification are mandatory.Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required for specific units, with policies indicating that current ACLS or PALS certifications satisfy BLS requirements.Additional qualifications include membership in at least one professional organization.
