Print & Fulfillment Coordinator

This part-time, hands-on role is perfect for adaptable generalists eager to grow with a startup. No experience in print or fulfillment needed, just an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Operate printing equipment to produce high quality printed patchesMaintain consistent quality control and ensure order accuracyPick, pack and ship customer ordersProcess files using Photoshop to ensure accurate and quality printsMaintain and clean print equipment and warehouse spaceReceive incoming shipments and accurately log inventoryProcess returns and restock items as neededMeet daily print & order fulfillment targetsCollaborate with the team to improve workflows and increase efficiencyCan work independentlyQualifications:Comfortable standing for 4-8 hour shifts, and performing repetitive physical tasksAble to lift and move up to 50lbs safelyAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance metricsAvailability & Scheduling:Must be able to commute to Austin, TX 78728 (on-site role)Part-time position with daytime shifts (4–8 hours per shift)Minimum of 3 days per week, with potential for additional daysMon-Fri availability requiredWeekend availability optionalFlexibility to work additional hours, during peak seasons or high-demand periods as neededCompensation:Starts at US$16/ hrFixed term contractPotential to transition to a permanent role after contract periodOpportunity for growth and advancementNote: To confirm that you've carefully read the job posting, please answer the question "How did you hear about this opportunity?" with "lion".
