We are looking for compassionate and dedicated team members with a common purpose of making a difference in the lives of seniors.Shadow Mountain Memory Care, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to support our dining team and help provide an extraordinary dining experience for the residents in our community.We offer competitive wages with opportunities to grow! Training is available for qualified candidates.Responsibilities of the Dishwasher / Prep Cook:Support the back‑of‑house dining team with daily kitchen operations.Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Assist with basic food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and meal setup.Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.Follow menu guidelines and assist the Cook with meal preparation as needed.Assist with special events and activities when requested.Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity.Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.Complete state‑required training upon hire and annually.Required Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 18 years of age.Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language.Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.Basic computer skills are helpful.Job TypeFull TimeBenefits:A benefit package is offered to full‑time employees.Supplemental insurance plans available, including pet insurance.Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance ProgramHealth Advocate ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramShadow Mountain Memory Care is an equal opportunity employer.
