Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing the executive's calendar. Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, often acting as the first point of contact. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, conducting research, and maintaining contact lists. Arranging travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodation, and other travel-related needs. Assisting with planning and coordinating events, both internal and external. Responding to customer inquiries, handling customer service issues, and gathering customer feedback. Managing email lists, creating and executing email marketing campaigns. May also assist with social media management, content creation, and other tasks as needed.
