What You’ll DoWorking closely with strategists, creatives, and client engagement leads, you’ll support and help lead a variety of strategic initiatives, including:Research & Insight DevelopmentGather, analyze, and synthesize information from a range of sources including desk research, stakeholder interviews, qualitative and quantitative research, competitive analysis, and client data to uncover meaningful insights and strategic opportunities.Brand & Strategic DevelopmentHelp craft compelling brand stories, positioning frameworks, messaging systems, brand architectures, and future-focused strategic recommendations that help organizations clarify direction and drive action.Project Collaboration & DeliveryPartner with project teams to help move engagements forward day-to-day, ensuring strategic deliverables are thoughtful, organized, and aligned with client objectives and timelines.New Business SupportContribute to select pitch and proposal opportunities by supporting research, narrative development, workshop thinking, and strategic framing for prospective clients.What You’ve Done 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, brand planning, marketing, or related fieldsStrong familiarity with strategic frameworks and methodologies across research, positioning, messaging, portfolio strategy, futures thinking, innovation, and activationExperience synthesizing large volumes of information into clear recommendations and strategic narrativesProven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teamsComfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, project-based environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience supporting business development, pitches, or organic client growth initiativesEngagement DetailsFreelance / contract opportunityProject-based engagements with flexibility depending on scope and timelinesPotential for ongoing collaboration across future client workRemote-friendly with collaboration across distributed teams and client stakeholders
