Responsibilities: *Operate and maintain our double-twist wrapping machine. *Master machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. *Quickly adapt and problem-solve when operational issues arise to minimize downtime and ensure consistent, high-quality wrapping of caramels. *Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine running efficiently. *Uphold strict quality control standards. Qualifications: *Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized machinery. *Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when facing technical challenges. *Ability to lift and move heavy loads as required. *Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions. *Reliable, punctual, with excellent communication skills. *Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
