About the RolePlumbing Systems Inc. (PSI), Inc. is seeking a Lead Install Plumber with strong experience in high-end residential construction, remodels, and complex retrofits. This role is hands-on and project-focused, not service-based, and ideal for plumbers who take pride in craftsmanship, layout accuracy, and clean execution. You'll lead plumbing installations across rough-in, top-out, and final trim, often within existing homes and luxury remodels that require advanced problem-solving and attention to detail. There is NO on-call for this role, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance.What You'll DoLead plumbing installations for high-end residential remodels, custom homes, and selective commercial projectsExecute complex rough-ins, water and gas piping, vent systems, and final trim with a focus on finish qualityPerform plumbing retrofits and system tie-ins within existing structuresRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and design plans; proactively identify conflicts and solutionsCoordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelinesEnsure all work complies with local plumbing codes, PSI quality standards, and safety requirementsMentor and guide apprentices or junior plumbers as neededMaintain clean, organized job sitesespecially in occupied homes and luxury remodel environmentsWe'd Love to Hear From You If You Have4+ years of plumbing experience, with a strong background in construction, remodels, or retrofitsExperience working in high-end or custom residential environmentsStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, system layout, and sequencingAbility to troubleshoot and adapt when working in existing structuresAbility to read blueprints and coordinate effectively with other tradesActive Driver's LicenseComfortable using tablets or digital job management toolsJourneyman or Master Plumbing LicensePay & Bonus$40 - $60 per hour, based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesNO on-call rotationWorking Conditions / Physical DemandsSafety-first mindset with general knowledge of OSHA standardsRegular standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in tight or confined spacesAbility to lift and move 50+ lbsWork performed indoors and outdoors in varying mountain and seasonal conditionsTired of service calls and on-call rotations?
