Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards Ensures assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation procedures QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing or Physical Therapy from an accredited school of nursing or therapy Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing and currently licensed by the State Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care Current CPR certification Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations Ability to use company documentation systems Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information About our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
