Your goal is clear: convert high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the authoritative name in gifted K–8 education. There is no existing playbook to inherit. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, drive experimentation, and create a dependable execution system leveraging agencies, freelancers, and tools. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
