Their expertise is bolstered by keen understanding of attachment theory and trauma-informed practices. Our therapists are trained in EMDR and integrate a variety of psychotherapy skill sets. Each therapist is vetted to our highly effective ketamine-assisted psychotherapy protocol. Our unique setting allows therapists to function within and refer to a diverse team consisting of physicians, licensed therapists, a nutritionist, an art therapist and yoga and meditation experts. We are looking for full and part-time licensed mental health practitioners to work in a beautiful outpatient clinic situated in downtown Salt Lake City. LCSW, CMHC, and CSW candidates will be considered with supervision available for CSWs working toward licensure. This position is ideal for a candidate who·       would like flexibility and autonomy in determining their schedule·       has addiction-recovery and/or trauma-informed therapy training or certifications (or is willing to learn)·       functions well on a team as well as independently in providing clinical treatment·       is consistent and dependable·       practices in an ethical manner.  Job Duties:·       Perform initial mental health biopsychosocial assessments in order to create an effective, individualized treatment plan to client’s presenting issues·       Provide addiction-recovery and trauma-informed care·       Participate in individual therapy sessions with clients·       Lead group therapy sessions with clients·       Contribute to developing group therapy curriculum·       Participate in weekly team meetings·       Co-facilitate Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy treatments·       Complete clinical documentation, including initial assessment, treatment plans, and therapy notes in a timely manner Qualifications:·       Must be a qualified licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, CSW) with a license issued from Utah DOPL·       Masters Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent field·       Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical role as a licensed therapist·       Must be able to pass a background check·       EMDR-trained preferred.·       Good written, verbal, and team-player skills Job Types: Part-Time with option to expand to Full-Time, Contracted.Schedule: Applicant has ability to choose schedule with a minimum of 15 hours a week.Pay: Competitive rate based on clinical experience.
