The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems to meet project requirements safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include working at various heights, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on time. The role demands adherence to rigorous standards of workplace safety and professionalism. Required working hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM with occasional weekends and/or overtime.QualificationsProficiency in Scaffolding techniques and systemsAbility to work at height and in confined spacesKnowledge of Fall Protection practices and equipmentStrong commitment to safety protocols and teamworkPrevious experience in industrial or commercial scaffolding is requiredPhysical ability to perform tasks that require strength and enduranceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional certifications are a plus
