Sales Consultant (Medical Field)We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to serve as a Sales Consultantspecializing in outside sales within the healthcare sector. This individual will work primarily inhospital settings, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers whilepromoting our products and services. A strong understanding of HIPAA compliance andprofessional conduct within healthcare facilities is essential.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Outside Sales Duties:• Develop and maintain strategic B2B relationships with healthcare providers, administrators,and clinic staff.• Represent the company professionally in hospital environments and adhere to all facilityspecificpolicies and standards.• Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned territory, with a comprehensiveunderstanding of our products and their value proposition.• Gain and maintain approved hospital vendor credentials and badges through programs suchas Intellicentrics, Green Security, GHX Vendormate, HCA Hospital Professionals (VerifiedProfessional), etc., to ensure facility access.• Consistently follow up with current accounts to maintain engagement and identifyopportunities for upselling.• Conduct regular market research to remain competitive and adjust sales strategiesaccordingly.Administration Duties:• Monitor and respond to incoming quote requests via email and phone in a timely andprofessional manner.• Generate accurate, competitive quote requests and revise them as needed.• Document interactions, follow-ups, and customer notes within the company CRM.• Create and maintain sales reports; actively manage open, pending, and approved quotes toensure strong quote-to-order conversion rates and successful sales turnover.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:• Proven experience in medical or B2B sales, ideally within hospital systems or healthcareenvironments.• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and a commitment to patient privacy andconfidentiality.• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)and CRM platforms.• Ability to self-manage a territory with minimal supervision and operate withprofessionalism in clinical settings.• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and account development.• Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and a clean driving record.• A reliable personal vehicle is required for local travel to sales meetings and hospital visits.• Must provide and use a personal cell phone and computer for customer communicationand administrative tasks.• Willingness and ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.Compensation is commission-based, with earning potential directly tied to performance.
