The company develops and operates grid-connected and islanded energy systems, enabling customers to better manage cost, reliability, and sustainability.The RoleAs a Manager, Finance, you will play a critical role in supporting and building the company’s financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis while helping to establish foundational processes in a high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models to support project-level economics across distributed energy and infrastructure assetsAnalyze project performance, including revenue, cost structures, and return metrics, to inform investment decisionsSupport evaluation of new opportunities, including project development and M&A, through rigorous financial and quantitative analysisAssist in structuring and assessing project finance transactions, including debt and equity considerationsPartner with commercial and development teams to evaluate deal economics and support pricing and bid strategiesPrepare investment materials and financial analysis for internal stakeholders and decision-making processesConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and key value drivers across projectsSupport broader corporate finance initiatives, including forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning as neededQualifications2+ years of relevant financial or commercial experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectorsStrong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including experience with investor reportingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and related tools (including complex formulas and macros)Understanding of FP&A, project-based accounting, and financial oversightExperience working with institutional investors or external stakeholders in high-growth environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage across technical, commercial, and investor audiencesBachelor’s degree in Finance or related fieldPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with distributed energy, microgrids, or energy infrastructureExposure to project finance and energy marketsExperience with renewable or thermal generation assetsKnowledge of regulated and deregulated power marketsProgramming or automation skillsMBA or other advanced degreeWhat’s OfferedCompetitive compensation (base + bonus)Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) planLife and disability insuranceFlexible work environment and PTOOpportunity to help build and scale a high-growth platform
