What we need from you: Weve built the beautiful, home-like classrooms. We need teachers who keep the environment clean, safe, and stimulating, using the Constructivist Theory (were happy to help you learn more about this if you join our classroom). This might be a given, but our teachers should have a positive nature and be flexible, and know that we work best as a team. We lean into social emotional learning and child-lead play, using positive redirection. Youre as committed to equity, diversity, and inclusivity as we are. Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements for Preschool Teacher: If you dont feel like you check every one of these boxes, dont worry! Lets talk and see if youre a good fit. Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, CDA, or in process of obtaining a degree Prior experience working with young children and the ability to manage classroom through positive redirection, problem solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening.
