Provide services and support as a Project Manager [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). Drive seamless changeanalyzing needs, improving processes, managing projects, and empowering people for success. Lead IT projects through planning, execution, and closure. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Track risks, issues, and deliverables. Utilize GMU project tools (TeamDynamix). Desired Qualifications For Project Manager | Change and Transformation Candidates: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: 5+ years of IT project management. Higher education or government experience is advantageous. Skills Required: Agile/Waterfall methodologies, scheduling, vendor management. Competencies Required: Leadership, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving. Ancillary Details Of The Roles: Ensures compliance with GMU policies. Manages multi-vendor collaboration. Other Details: Provides reporting dashboards to ITS leadership.
