Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleDeliver comprehensive, direct nursing care within a varied healthcare setting, adhering strictly to the organization's established policies, procedures, and protocols.Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans. Accurately record and communicate the patient's condition as necessary.Function as the central coordinator for all care disciplines to ensure seamless and well-integrated patient care.Promptly document and execute all physician and nursing orders.Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and strategically coordinate all aspects of the patient's care requirements.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
