Graduate Floor Trader

We are looking for a recent graduate to join IMC as a Graduate Floor Trader. IMC is a high frequency trading firm and we have a strong trading presence in the broker market on the trading floor. As a Graduate Floor Trader, you will be assigned to one of the many EO options trading floors in the U.S., where you will actively respond to quotes in the open outcry broker market. We’re seeking someone who loves participating in markets and has superior analytical, mathematical, and computing skills. As a graduate floor trader your decisions have a direct impact on IMC’s trading strategies.Your Core ResponsibilitiesWork in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize tradingInteract with brokers throughout the day, making markets and providing liquidityBuild and maintain relationships with brokersPerform trades analysis to improve tradingDevelop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional riskResearch new market opportunities Your Skills And ExperienceRecent university graduate or current university student graduating between May 2025 and July 2026 with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field of studySuperior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsGenuine interest in financial markets, though no prior knowledge or experience requiredAbility to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environmentExperience with programming in Python is and advantageA team player – at IMC we’re all in togetherEagerness to continuously learnOpen to travel within the US to support IMC across multiple exchanges Must be available to start full-time employment in August 2026The Base Salary range for the role is included below.
