Support project documentation, including permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.Learn how to track project activity and support accurate reporting and billing.Provide assistance to other project team members as needed.Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Some travel may be required.What You’ll NeedAssociate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Ability to read and understand project instructions, work orders, and reports.Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing, PDFs). Google Workspace experience is a plus.
