Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the global AI strategy for the People & Culture function
Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experiences
Explore emerging technologies to improve HR efficiency and create internal frameworks for AI literacy
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation
Proven experience in developing and executing AI or automation strategies in HR
Deep understanding of AI technologies and responsible AI principles
Strong project leadership skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in modern HR systems and familiarity with AI/ML applications
