Construction Lending Processor

Construction Lending Processor is a full-time position responsible for processing Construction to Perm loans, ensuring accurate documentation and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and process loan documentation for Construction to Perm loans Maintain loan information systems and ensure quality loan packages are submitted to underwriting Provide prompt and courteous customer service while prioritizing customer needs Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience Minimum 5 years of FHA/VA/USDA and construction lending experience Proficient with Construction to Perm programs (1x close and 2x close) Knowledge of loan guidelines for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans Advanced experience with automated underwriting systems (DU/LP/GUS)
