You’ll work across multiple regional offices, support a wide range of technology, and develop hands-on experience with the tools and systems that real IT teams use. You’ll have backup when you need it and ownership when you’re ready for it.What You’ll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for IT support requests — by phone, email, and remote tools — helping employees get unstuck fastTroubleshoot and resolve common issues across Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and general hardwareSupport end users in Citrix virtual desktop environments, diagnosing session errors and peripheral issues like monitors and printersImage, configure, and deploy laptops using SCCM for new hires and device replacementsOwn the onboarding and offboarding experience — account provisioning and deactivation, hardware setup, and equipment recoveryHandle routine account administration: password resets, MFA setup, and permission updates in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)Provide remote and periodic on-site support for printers, plotters, and conference room technologyHelp remote employees troubleshoot home office setups, including docking stations and Citrix connectivityKeep IT asset inventory accurate — tracking, shipping, and receiving hardware across office locationsDocument all support activity in the ticketing system, and when escalating, hand off to Tier 2 with clear, complete troubleshooting notesParticipate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours technical needsYou might be a great fit if…You’re a natural problem-solver who gets satisfaction from helping people, not just closing ticketsYou communicate clearly — you can explain a technical fix to someone who doesn’t speak ITYou’re organized, reliable, and take ownership of your workYou’re early in your IT career and looking for a role where you can learn fast and grow into moreWhat You Bring1–5 years of experience in a help desk or IT support roleWorking knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applicationsFamiliarity with Citrix or other VDI environments is a plusExperience with SCCM for device imaging and deploymentBasic knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus, but not requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation — some regional travel is part of the roleCompensation Range$49,500.00 - $81,000.00The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2 and the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2 amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003.
