Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Remote (Philadelphia, PA)Duration: Contract (06/01/2026 – 09/30/2026) with possible extensionSchedule: 40 hours/weekPay range: $60 - $68/hr (Based on experience)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, and high-visibility projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with executive stakeholders to drive project success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects or multiple project initiativesDefine project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersManage and mentor project teams (15+ members)Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolutionOversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial trackingCoordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadershipDrive stakeholder communication and executive reportingEnsure compliance with organizational policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirements:15+ years of Project Management experience in large, complex environmentsProven experience managing high-risk, high-visibility projectsStrong experience working with executive stakeholdersPMP Certification (required) and PMI membership in good standingBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related fieldAdvanced leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)Experience in healthcare or IT project environments
