Traveling Project Manager (Mission Critical)What we are looking for:Aldridge is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Mission Critical team for a project in Monroe, LA. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.What you'll do:Contribute to project planningTrack and control costs and labor on one or many complex construction projectsMaintain customer relationshipsCoordinate subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure contract complianceExecute a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle Who you are: 5+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade backgroundProficient in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reportingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProblem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage timeWilling to travelWho we are: At Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
