Overview In this hands-on Technical Lead role, you will drive an automation-first, AI-enabled quality strategy across Michaels.com, mobile apps, APIs, and third-party integrations. You’ll scale and unify test automation frameworks, improve release confidence, and lead quality initiatives across multiple teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, architecture, and DevOps to set quality standards and ensure release readiness.
