The selected candidate will manage a diverse caseload, conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, represent clients during hearings and trials, and work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff. Additional responsibilities include providing legal counsel, negotiating settlements, and maintaining effective client communication throughout the legal process.QualificationsProficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting motions and briefsStrong skills in Case Strategy Development, Litigation Procedures, and Client RepresentationExcellent Communication and Negotiation AbilitiesJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State BarAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines within a fast-paced environmentStrong commitment to ethics, professionalism, and client advocacyExperience in civil litigation or a related practice area is strongly preferred
