Traveling Nurse! Registered Nurse (RN) URGENT

Registered NurseWarminster, PA 19040UP to $42.25 per hour DOEThis is a 'Traveling Nurse' position for group homes for adults with IDD. Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. The Nurse Case Manager will travel to Group Homes within Bucks/Montgomery/Philadelphia Counties. Also visit residents who are hospitalized or in rehab. Case Manager will manage medical care for their case load, work closely with IDD Interdisciplinary Team and Physician. Attend meetings, must be able to lift/transfer, proficient with computer skills (Microsoft outlook). Duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeRegistered Nurse license in the workplace state or compact license if accepted in state.Minimum of three years of current nursing experience preferred.Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
