Opened in January 2025, the property features 105 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms and suites, along with uniquely designed bunk rooms and a private house with custom furnishings, locally-curated amenities, and thoughtful touches.With the guest experience in mind, Albert's elevated amenities include a sunken limestone pool featuring an outdoor bar and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 2,000-square-foot full-service spa. Additionally, the property is home to four on-site culinary outlets, including The Restaurant at Albert.Albert boasts 3,600-square-foot of semi-open air event space, a 1,200-square-foot mezzanine deck, and an expansive event lawn, making it a prime destination for weddings, private events, and intimate gatherings.What you'll do:Maintain inventory on shelves in the spa retail areaProcess spa service and retail transactions accuratelyEnsure all calls are answered in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner; maintain an accurate log of calls and ensure completion of all itemsBe knowledgeable about Fredericksburg, Albert Hotel, and The SpaProvide recommendations to guests, including packages and products, hours of operation, class schedules, and the adventurous offerings of our scenic surroundingsEducate guests and provide feedback, resources, and recommendations for continued home careMaintain a high level of customer service standards in all interactions with spa guests and hotel staffResolve all guest feedback promptly and diplomatically ensuring a high level of guest satisfactionWho you are:You have 1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a spa setting.You have previous cash-handling experience.You believe in hospitality, deeply and passionately.You know how important relationships are and you find joy in growing and maintaining new ones.You use your time wisely and are an expert in prioritizing and multi-tasking.You're thorough, have excellent communication, and pay close attention to detail.You're patient and able to remain calm in stressful situations.You have a strong work ethic and can work both autonomously and with a team.Benefits:Up to 3 weeks of paid time off annually50% off discount at most New Waterloo restaurantsHealth, vision + dental benefits401K matchingPaid holidaysVolunteer payTuition reimbursementReferral bonusesDiscounts at our shops, hotels + local partnershipsAbout New Waterloo:New Waterloo is a community-centric independent hospitality company based in Austin, Texas.
