Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West Road, 100, Houston, TX 77064
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM – 2:00 AM

We are looking for individuals eager to train as Machine Operators for the following equipment:
Goepfert / McKinley Die Cutter
Flexo Press
JNL
This temp-to-hire role offers stability with a structured Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain assigned machinery following safety and operational guidelines.
Perform quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Report malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak Spanish.
Steel toe boots, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses are required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
