Director of Business Solutions

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Solutions to lead and advance our Business Solutions (Treasury Management) program. This role provides overall direction for Business Solutions, including product strategy, team leadership, and customer experience.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of treasury management expertise, leadership presence, and strategic thinking-along with a passion for building relationships and delivering high-quality solutions to business customers and municipalities. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & GrowthDevelop and execute the Bank's Business Solutions strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retentionLead Business Solutions sales and calling strategies in partnership with Commercial and Retail teams to achieve call and sales goalsAnalyze market trends and internal customer data to identify prospecting and cross-sell opportunitiesProvide reporting on Business Solutions revenue, growth, and performance to executive leadershipTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop Business Solutions OfficersFoster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused team cultureSupport performance management, goal setting, and ongoing professional developmentTreasury Product & Vendor ManagementOversee the full Business Solutions product suite, including ACH, Wire, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Business Mobile Deposit, Business eBanking (BeB), payroll, and related servicesManage vendor relationships and oversee product enhancementsEvaluate treasury and digital solutions for improvement, expansion, or elimination based on market needsCollaborate with operational areas to ensure solution support and delivery are functioning at a high levelCustomer Engagement & Service ExcellenceProvide leadership support for complex customer relationships, onboarding, and escalationsEnsure a seamless onboarding experience for new Business Solutions customersStrengthen customer retention through exceptional service delivery and proactive issue resolutionOperational & Compliance OversightEnsure Business Solution offerings and documentation comply with all applicable federal, state, and bank policies and proceduresMaintain and enhance treasury-related processes, procedures, and internal controlsPrepare and manage the annual Business Solutions budget and strategic planParticipate in bank committees and planning initiatives as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Business Solutions, Digital Banking, Commercial Banking Operations, or a related banking discipline Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and drive accountabilityDemonstrated expertise in Treasury account analysis, including:Reviewing account activity, balances and structuresPerforming profitability and relationship analysis at the customer levelIdentifying pricing gaps and opportunities for repricing and restructuringCustomer-facing knowledge of ACH, Wire, RDC, Positive Pay, and business online banking platformsProven ability to manage complex customer relationships and escalationsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement plan options with a company match, Health Savings Accounts with a company match, 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), 40 hours Paid FMLA Hours, Community Service PTO, 11 Federal holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, Anthem Employee Assistance Program, Long-Term Disability, Casual Fridays, Growth and Training opportunities, Wellness Incentives, and much more!Benchmark Community Bank is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
