Director of Business Solutions

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Solutions to lead and advance our Business Solutions (Treasury Management) program. This role provides overall direction for Business Solutions, including product strategy, team leadership, and customer experience.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of treasury management expertise, leadership presence, and strategic thinking-along with a passion for building relationships and delivering high-quality solutions to business customers and municipalities.
