Human Resources Representative

Human Resources Role Onsite Partner's mission is to empower each customer in achieving success through the design and delivery of collaborative, creative and comprehensive energy solutions. This Human Resources role supports a variety of human resources initiatives. This role will assist in hiring processes, performance management and development processes, and administration of human resources activities and programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources and knowledge of human resources best practices. Job Description: Assist in all areas of human resources: talent management, comp and benefits, compliance, HRIS, HR communications Support development and administration of HR practices and policies including usage of ADP systems Deliver HR programs as a generalist, monitor and measure success Qualifications, Skills, Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources Experienced in administering human resources best practices and delivering HR programs Knowledge of FLSA, Leave administration and Worker's compensation a plus Experience with ADP or similar HR systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, etc) a plus
