Associate Business Analyst

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Analyst for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis to inform business decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts and use cases Work with IT and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting on outcomes and performance metrics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 0-4 years of relevant business analyst experience Ability to work on-site at least three days a week Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
