Curators at HALL Park Hotel thrive in an elevated, culture-focused environment, delivering memorable moments for every guest.Position SummaryThe Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of all public spaces within HALL Park Hotel. This role plays a key part in delivering a refined, welcoming environment that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, fitness center, and outdoor areas.Ensure all spaces are consistently guest-ready, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and common areas.Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls with professionalism and care.Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate department.Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and procedures.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or luxury environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Core CompetenciesGuest Focus: Anticipates and responds to guest needs with professionalism and warmth.Attention to Detail: Ensures all areas meet elevated cleanliness and presentation standards.Teamwork: Works collaboratively to support overall hotel operations.Ownership: Takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and welcoming environment.
