Schedule
Full-time weekday schedule with a predictable structure
Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout the week
Limited call rotation that supports long-term sustainability
No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside of scheduled call
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary with additional production-based earnings
