Telephony Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Solutions Design Engineer 1. Key Responsibilities Perform intermediate level telephony design engineering duties, including developing transport and call flow designs Document circuit, facility, and transport designs accurately to ensure compliance with established standards Collaborate with internal and external teams to support call flow requirements and prevent customer service interruptions Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience 0-2 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in the Orion order management platform Knowledge of Business VoiceEdge product architecture and design standards Ability to manage workload effectively within allotted timeframes
