Workday PSA LeadOur client is seeking a Workday PSA Lead to support an active project. This is a highly specialized role requiring deep functional expertise in Workday Financials and PSA. Role Summary The Workday PSA Lead will act in a lead capacity to implement and configure Workday solutions. The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Financials, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of Workday PSA solutions.Serve as the primary expert on Workday Financials and PSA functionality.Assess client needs, manage expectations, and resolve escalations effectively.Facilitate large-scale workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Balance customer priorities with project timelines and commercial objectives.Apply strong risk management and project awareness throughout delivery.QualificationsCertified in Workday Financials (FINS)Preferred: Certifications in Workday Projects and Project BillingProven experience implementing Workday PSA in a lead or consultant capacityStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
