Schedule or Shift12-hour night shifts; rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled. Commitment to six weekend shifts per four-week schedule is required. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide outstanding respiratory care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will work a flexible schedule, encompassing night shifts with weekends and holidays as assigned. ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory treatments and therapies to pediatric and neonatal patients. Operate and manage various ventilators, including Hamilton and Servo models. Perform airway management and assist with intrahospital transport of patients. Utilize respiratory equipment and techniques such as aerosolized medications, cough assist, and NAVA. Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureTwo or more years of experience in a PICU and/or a Level III or greater NICU setting. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
