DescriptionLEAD QA NSIS TECHNICIANResponsibilitiesKnowledgeable in production areas of the department, including product flow, specs, and quality.Knowledgeable of all positions on the hot side for the QA department.Supervise QA employees.Monitor and ensure proper procedures, safety, and cleanliness of production of product.Perform various quality control functions, including but not limited to, line inspection and audits.Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications.Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentExperience working in Quality AssuranceAbility to communicate in English (both written and verbally)Communicate comfortably with managementComputer skillsProduction experience, preferred in a food processing facilityGood people skills, ability to work well with othersLeadership skillsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationYou may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
