Your key role is receiving inbound calls, actively listen to the clients requests, prioritize the requests, schedule and dispatch service professionals, and follow up with the client once all work has been competed. In addition to receiving inbound calls, you will be making outbound calls to previous clients to assist in scheduling follow up service visits and preventative maintenance tune ups.
