HR Compliance and Policy Associate
Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Assist with planning, partnering, monitoring, and executing program(s) supporting corporate HR initiatives, with a primary focus on COVID legislation, regulations, and policies.Partner with legal department on evaluation and processing of medical and/or religious accommodation requests.Partner with legal department and cross-functional HR team on legislative and regulatory changes impacting the business. Ensure regulatory changes/updates are implemented and communicated to impacted HR functions and employees.Partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise and assist with analyzing the impact of changes to laws and regulations. Apply working knowledge of compliance regulations and industry topics.Mitigate risk by following established procedures, identifying issues, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.Assist with updating and communicating policy changes. May monitor, review and edit supporting documents / links for compliance updates.Provide employee relations advice and counsel to employees and managers.Support business leaders to improve manager effectiveness.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related field or equivalentExperience: Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience or related fieldAbility to manage and coordinate complex processes. Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills required. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software applications including database and web-based systems.Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a virtual team*Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined.Vaccination Requirements:
